You want to become a fitness freak. You are not exercising yet, but still you want to make it a compulsory part of your life.

How do you do this? Below we will discuss simple six tips that will motivate you to exercise.

When you work out your body will get stronger your mind is clearer.

1- What major reward you are going to get from this step? It should not be based on mere assumptions that

you want to do it for the sake of it. You want to do it as it will make you healthy, acting on a doctor's advice,

or you want to lose weight. Apart from the obvious benefits that everybody knows about like better health,

weight control, maintaining blood pressure, more sound sleep and a good metabolism etc. You must have a personal

reason and you must seek it passionately. Try to make your answer something that you really appreciate it will

help you endeavor.

2) Now make a schedule for your exercise. To make things easier for you begin with three hours a week

progamme. Try to do aerobics, strength and flexibility in each session. If you are finding this form of

exercise a bit troublesome then start with your favorite method. Like, if you like simple walking than strength

training, begin with walking. You can add when you become as you become more regular and used to exercise. It is

good to note that a four session of 15 minutes are more effective than one session of 60 minutes of exercise.

So, if you are finding hard to take the time to exercise, then even 15 minutes of strenuous exercise will help you.

3) Keep a record of the exercises that you do. Varying the exercises regularly will do a world of good to you.

Most important is that you won't get bored and you won't suffer from 'muscle memory' allowing you to get more out

of your workout. Moreover, if you are not certain of your preferences for exercising you can discover the exercises

you like with the new forms.

4) Visualize yourself doing the major reward you listed in 1. Feel the sounds, sights, smells, and touch of your

achievement. Write this visualization down so you can repeat it to yourself. Here is one of mine: I feel the

wind on the golf course at the beach as I hit my 250-yard drive into the fairway. The grass is beautifully green.

The temperature is 75 and the weather's perfect. My husband is amazed at the tee shot I just made. Now I

can really give him some competition.

5- Now note down 2,3 and 4 point so you can repeat them till they are etched into your memory. Whenever you feel

lazy about the exercising, a cursory look at this will fill you with new energy. It will take time, but if you

continue with this for few weeks, I am sure, you'll be motivated. I have talked many to many people who gave up

after a brief start. Don't let lack of motivation stop you from living a better and healthy life. There are numerous

benefits associated with regular exercising.

6- Whenever you get thoughts of laziness, just go through the visualization from step four to one. You'll be

surprised that at the positive effect it has on you. Just be passionate about your exercise schedule, you'll

certainly achieve the goals you set for your body
